Despite all the efforts of the priests and healers of the province, some of Skyrim’s poor still suffer from diseases.
These minor ailments are, however, a little disappointing.
Vanilla Skyrim’s other diseases are not as immersive as the one you can get from contracting either sanguinary or lycanthropy. A new mod is available to help those hungry to experience more suffering.

The game’s less serious diseases will no longer hurt your stats or make NPCs inquire about your health.
Modder hanshotfirst01 created the mod “Immersive diseases”. His previous work included bringing similar immersive lap-sitting into the game.
The description of the program explains that it’s designed to ensure that your appearance matches any illnesses you have.
This means that the stat-based effects on the illnesses will not change, but your character’s mug may.
