Jared Leto, Actor in ‘Morbius”, Responds to “It’s Morbin Time.”
It’s impressive that Morbius is still being discussed two months after its launch. But, alas! Morbius is a failed project. It currently has a 17 percent approval rate on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, which is… inferior.
Morbius is a meme that has not been forgotten about. Even if the film has not been seen, you may have heard the expression “It’s Morbin Time” used. It’s not a line from the movie. Although it is a joke, Jared Leto has responded.
Jared Leto, the character of Morbius, was recently on Twitter. The caption read, “What is the time?” Leto can be seen reading through a script. A voice asks Leto, “What is the title?” After that, the camera zooms in on Leto’s title, which reads, “Morbius 2 It’s Morbin Time.”
You may be hoping that this means Morbius 2 has been developed, although I don’t know who would wish for such a thing. I’m sorry. Although this seems to be a meme, it continues a series of strange Morbius incidents.
A few weeks ago, a Twitch channel called Morbius247 began streaming the film 24 hours a day, 7 days a semaine (hence the very appropriate name). Although the channel was removed for violating Twitch’s terms, it still received thousands of views. This week, it was announced that Morbius would be returning to more than 1,000 cinemas for another cinematic run. Why? It’s hard to believe, but we are amidst a Morbius revival. It’s a scary time for all.
