God of War Ragnarok Merch, Age Rating Revealed
A rating certificate from South Korea and new merchandise listings encourage the belief that God of War Ragnarok may still be available by 2022.
Twitter user @the_marmolade spotted all these developments. He points out that merchandise could be a clue when it might drop.
These items are available on the UK website Geeky Zone and include everything from T-shirts to plushies. The majority of pre-order listings have September or October release dates.

The total number of items is 15, one being a card game that appears to be sold out.
A Spanish God of War Twitter account also posted links to the same merchandise on another website, Entertainment Planet.
The South Korean rating certificate, obtained by Sony Interactive Entertainment Korea and translated from VGC, gives the game an 18+ rating or “not available to youth.”
These include the inclusion of realistic weapons like knives and axes, which causes “blood and body injury,” profanity in its dialogue, and the fact that characters drink alcohol in pubs.
This announcement follows earlier suggestions from Santa Monica Studio and Sony that, despite fears of delays, the game would still be released this year, despite the lack of updates.
Fans were also wary because Cory Barlog (director of God of War 2 and the 2018 series reboot) isn’t Ragnarok’s Director. Instead, Eric Williams took over the role.
