DMC: Devil May Cry, an action-adventure hack-and-slash video game published by Capcom on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows is developed by Ninja Theory. Dante is the protagonist.
Players will play the role of Dante and use his weapons and powers to defeat enemies and navigate the dangerous Limbo. Dante, like in previous games in this series, can do combos with his sword, Rebellion, and his twin pistols Ebony or Ivory.
Dante can now activate modifiers to his moveset by pressing one of the trigger buttons. Dante’s sword attacks will change to the Osiris when he is in Angel mode. This is a fast scythe-type weapon that Dante uses, while Devil mode uses the slower, but more powerful Arbiter ax. These modes can also affect Dante’s mobility.
Dante can use Angel mode to pull himself towards enemies or points on each level. Dante can also use Devil mode to draw enemies and objects toward Dante. Dante can also run across large gaps using Angel mode.
