Writers of Deadpool 3 Promise the One Thing That Fans Want Most
After Fox acquired Disney, Marvel reclaimed the film rights for a few popular franchises, including the Fantastic Four and X-Men.
Deadpool was a brilliant film. It and its sequel were unabashedly R-rated. This is part of what made them stand out from other family-friendly superhero films. Some fans worried that Deadpool would be toned down or modified to Disney’s liking when he was introduced to the MCU. The third movie’s writers assured us this is not the case.
According to IGN, in an interview with Playlist, Rhett Reese stated that Deadpool wouldn’t be Disney-fied. “We used to do things our way so there are differences but I think that the great part of it is that Marvel has been incredibly supportive,” Reese added. They are going to let Deadpool be Deadpool. It’s not as if any joke is the best, but it has been nothing but support.
It’s been nothing except, “How can we help? Which part of our universe would you prefer to use? How can we make your life easier? “This isn’t going to be the Disney-fied Deadpool. They’re amazing, but now it’s our turn to prove that belief.
Reese was directly asked if Deadpool 3 would be R-rated. He said that there was no doubt in his mind. “We’ve been told that it can be R-rated, and we’re proceeding as though it’s R. It’s always been R., So I don’t believe that will change.”
There’s no reason to be concerned. Although there is no release date for Deadpool 3, at this time, there has been speculation that it might be out next year. We’ll have to wait and watch.
