Steins; Gate 0, a visual novel videogame developed by 5pb. Steins; Gate 0 is a visual novel where the player is required to read the story through the textual dialogue. The background art and character sprites are also included.
Multiple branches lead to different endings in the story. Steins; Gate 0 has a single branch point at the beginning. This contrasts with the original Steins; Gate, which had multiple branches and ran from start to end.
The story then splits into two main story branches that branch into different endings. The story’s direction is determined by whether the player answers calls from Amadeus, artificial intelligence that Rintaro Okabe can talk to via his cell phone. The player can also play the role of Okabe and Suzuha Amane, but not Maho Hiyajo.
