Skyrim player destroys chicken with flying cabbage
The village life in Skyrim is quite peaceful. Most adventurers are out in the wild meeting their Shadow of Mordor-esque enemies, fighting friendly deathclaws and learning overhauled swordplay.
However, a malcontent can find their way back into a small hamlet such as Riverwood or Ivarstead and get bored. This can lead to terrible consequences for Skyrim’s innocent citizens.
Reddit recently posted a particularly disgusting example of this. It was a case where a chicken was blasted into Oblivion using a high-velocity vegetable.
A very unique and sticky end awaits Tamrielic chicken
The Skyrim subreddit thread began with RyanD1211, the perpetrator, who posted a clip in which they massacred the bird using telekinesis to shoot a cabbage at it.
Reddit user WhiterunGuards quickly appeared on the scene to support their in-game friends, barking: “By the Jarl, stop there!” You have committed crimes against Skyrim, her people. What are your defence options?
User qawsedrf12 appeared to have stepped in as RyanD1211’s lawyer. This excuse suggested that the player was simply “trying to make some salad”, which could have been more convincing if the client had not declared immediately to the guards, “I’d rather be dead than go to jail!”

On the other hand, Samurai suggested that RyanD1211 may have simply been filming a Skyrim-based episode for Mythbusters. However, the absence of Jamie Hyneman’s worker makes it equally unlikely that this idea will stand trial.
During the chaos, amateur detectives examined the evidence at the crime scene. User Skelter89 thought: “Quite the lot of blood in the cabbage”, and likable_error responded: “Pretty certain that cabbage severed [chicken’s] Aorta.”
On the other hand, Joan-ze-Gobbi provided useful testimony regarding the magic used to launch the cabbage. She said: “Ah yes! Telekinesis is one of the most effective spells to kill Grelod. Throw a coin at her [woman], throw sweet rolls, throw healing potions, throw buckets, and throw a human skull.
