This mod is called john Marston Vocal Set – PC Head tracking’. It is the work of Lukey10, who believes that heading to Tamriel is better than a holiday in Tahiti for the Van Der Linde gang.
The mod lets you save your favorite denim-wearing rancher, Edgar Ross, by transforming his voice into a fantasy world where the US government doesn’t exist.
It does this by using the established mod PC head tracking framework and voice type SE. This allows you to modify how your Skyrim character’s head movements are tracked and replace their voice sound with a custom one.
