GTA 6’s leaked file size is almost twice that of its current top game of all-time, the current leader being Rockstar Games’ GTA 5 (22GB versus 12GB).
As you have likely already noted, GTA VI’s file size rumours floating around online is absurdly large; so large that its orbit may incorporate other video games as they join its orbit and continue playing forever and ever!
GTA VI was announced back in February 2022 and fans haven’t exactly taken it well with its reveal, especially with all of the leaked gameplay leaks which had left Rockstar feeling angry about how quickly information leaked out about this title.
GTA VI leaks have revealed some startling details, with recent speculation suggesting it will span an incredible 750GB, offering 400 hours of gameplay! Xbox Series S console owners might hear its beseeching cry for mercy as soon as GTA VI launches!
GTA VI may or may not require up to 750GB of space when installed; that would make it the largest video game ever created in terms of raw storage requirements. As context for comparison’s sake, here are the files size records on Steam at time of writing:

Starfield (Bethesda) takes up 175GB, Red Dead Redemption 2 from Rockstar Games 150GB and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War from Treyarch 175GB
Ark: Survival Evolved’s 400GB file size should not be underestimated as its entirety comprises both game expansions required for optimal gameplay as well as any required updates – an essential aspect to take note of for maximum enjoyment!
But regardless, the point remains clear: GTA VI is massive; in fact 750GB would make this game much too large to recommend playing without taking precautionary steps first.
