Game delisted on Steam is you can download it for free and save
A well-loved horror title that was pulled off Steam sometime ago, was re-released with a no-cost download. It’s even cost-free to download and store for the rest of your life.
There’s an abundance of free games to PC gamers to select from, particularly available on Steam… however, it’s very rare for games that are delisted can come back, let alone for absolutely free.
It’s certainly an odd narrative. Betrayerfirst, the 2014 first-person action game Betrayerfirst came out on Steam early in 2014. Delisted Games has reported it that Betrayer was pulled off Valve’s storefront on the internet in 2021.
Publisher and developer Blackpowder Games has never publicly provided a reason why the game was removed from the Steam store, however it’s believed that since Blackpowder Games went silent in 2015, and didn’t willing to endorse the game in Steam’s community forum, it was forced be removed. The question is, why are they back almost two years after it was removed?
The GOG, the digital storefront operated by Cyberpunk 2077 Cyberpunk 2077publisher CD Projekt – saved the game. GOG has revealed the fact that Betrayercan be downloaded from its very own GOG site right here and won’t cost you anything.
The official description for the game is: “Betrayer is an action first-person game that transports you into an exciting adventure in the New World at the turn in the 17th century.
“The Year is 1604. The ship you took left England with the intention of joining the struggling colonies on the shores of Virginia. But instead, you are greeted with the ghosts of the past and mystery. What disaster ravaged the earth and depleted the land of life and color? What happened to the settlers and the tribes that lived there?
“Clue with a clue. You have to piece together the tale of what happened to this doomed settlement, and then find a way to make things right. Your search will be snuffed out by dark shadows, savage Conquistadors, and corrupted Con while you travel through an extensive wildness to learn the short, tragic story of the colony. You will also search to find survivors.”
