To clarify, Netflix is rolling out ads as part of a new, lower tier. If you already have a regular subscription, you won’t find four of five dentists suggesting Colgate suddenly. It’s official: Bungie is acquired by Sony in a $3.7 Billion deal It’s done — Sony has signed its agreement to acquire Bungie. The Destiny studio will now be an official member of the PlayStation team. The acquisition was announced in January. Sony completed the transaction with a $3.7 million price tag.
