Students are motivated by many factors, such as hygiene, hunger, discipline and hygiene. They’ll get more complicated over time, eventually competing in school competitions, like spelling bees, or even falling in love.
Different teachers have different degrees and subject areas. They will eventually have their motivations and needs to satisfy to continue teaching at the highest levels.
You can create your dream Educational Complex by building Canteens, Computer Labs and Common Areas.
